is anyone else gonna do this? i got an app in the mail the other day.
id like to, but just thinking of the hills and that its only 6ish mi from the galleria to white water (seems so much longer) is kinda intimidating. that and i dont know if my training is up to par enough to even think about a race...

labor day. it seems like its kinda a big deal. i used to work at white water and we always made a big hooplah about it...there are even framed ads for the race from usa today for the last 8 or 10 yrs

This is my friend EJ's favorite race, he does it every year, apparently it's a big Atlanta Track Club event and very well run. You guys should try it...

this is a great race.. and is NOT an Atlanta Track Club event. Go for it. There are nuff runners around you to get you to the finish.. and what could be a better benchmark.
I ran this one last year in 52 mins.. not great, but then again, not bad considering the difficulty factor of 10 plus.

i've done this race twice now. great race, but i do it on inlines. yes those uphills are a beotch. but the downhills are suhweeeet.
