i just ran a whole ten minutes - the first run i've had since my Ironman last november.
I must say i enjoyed it immensely. I'm afraid it's all i have right now, small steps. But the plan is to take those small steps all the way to Ironman Florida 2005.
Just thought i'd update someone.
I bring my sneakers with me now wherever i go in an effort to always run when the motivation occurs, because if i don't, how will i ever get addicted again?
Just run.

Welcome back. I, too, have gotten back into things after being away out of it for almost two years. As soon as I get out of bed I put on my running stuff so that when breakfast has been served and cleaned up we can head out the door. Just run. I like that!

I too am newly back. Although I have to take it very slow and easy, I can already feel that the monkey on my back is back.

Congrats to you!
Hopefully you'll bounce right back to where you were with your training for your last IM. I look forward to seeing you document each mile that you run with pictures again! Also, don't forget to use that tape or whatever it was to make you stand out again. That was great!
Good Luck!
Keep us posted on how things go!
