I am wondering how I was going to get my long driveway and walk way shoveled and clear after I woke up today. I knew I would be tired and have the kids in the afternoon.
When I wake up, my front walk is clear and driveway is halfway plowed. I go pick up the kids and when I return my driveway is completely cleared and TWO spots are cleared for the nurses in front of my house. Shocked

My neighbor across the way, came over and did it all for me. As a matter of fact he did 12 houses on the street. All I had to do was a little bit of clearing and widening of some areas. I was even able to go around and help some of my other neighbors finish up their spots.

I went over and shook hands with Steve, said thanks in a perfect dude response said. No problem, that is what neighbors are for. He does not want money or gas for the snowblower. I figure an acknowledgement and thanks are the least I could give him.

Thanks Steve thumbs up

Drop him off a 12 pack of whatever he likes. As one of those guys who does a lot of free snowplowing with my truck you can believe me it'll be appreciated.

Thought the same thing too. I may just "drop" it off one of these days when he is not home. Sign a card with a thanks.
